Is standard delivery free?

Yes. nuby provides free standard shipping for every order it delivers in the United States. We do not currently ship outside the U.S.

When is tracking available?

nuby sends tracking after dispatch. Processing normally takes 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 4–6 business days in carrier transit.

What if I need to cancel?

Contact nuby before shipment to request cancellation. A request made after dispatch is handled through the Refund Policy.

Do I need a reason for a return?

No. An eligible nuby purchase may be returned or exchanged within 30 days after delivery without a reason, and the merchant pays approved return shipping.

Which products have special return limits?

Personalized or custom items, clearance and Final Sale merchandise, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive products are not covered for change of mind. Those limits do not affect nuby remedies for damaged, defective, wrong, or missing merchandise.

Where does an approved refund go?

nuby sends it to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The payment provider's posting process may take additional time.

Which credit or debit cards are listed?

nuby processes USD checkout and accepts Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover.

How should a Nuby item be selected and used?
