Using This Store

Your use of nuby, including a purchase, is governed by these Terms and our Refund, Shipping, Privacy, Payment, Contact Us, About Us, and FAQ pages. Submitting an order confirms agreement with those store rules.

Order Review and Acceptance

Before accepting an order, nuby may update availability, options, product details, or price information. An order can be refused or cancelled for an authorization failure, fraud concern, inventory inconsistency, legal restriction, or unmistakable listing or pricing error.

Fulfillment and Post-Purchase Rights

nuby delivers only within the United States, provides free standard shipping, normally processes an order within 1–2 business days, and estimates 4–6 business days for carrier transit. Tracking follows dispatch.

Cancellation is available before shipment. Afterwards the Refund Policy applies: eligible merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 30 days, nuby pays approved return shipping, and an approved refund is sent within 5–10 business days.

Nuby Product Information

Product suitability varies by item. A nuby customer should read the Nuby listing, packaging, instructions, age guidance, component and care information, and safety warnings, then use the product only for its intended purpose and with required adult supervision.

USD, Taxes, and Proper Site Use

Transactions with nuby are priced and processed in U.S. dollars (USD). We collect taxes when applicable law says they are due.
