A U.S.-Only Delivery Service
Orders from nuby can be delivered only to addresses in the United States. Every order includes free standard shipping, and tracking is provided when the parcel leaves our facility.
From Order Confirmation to Delivery
Allow nuby 1–2 business days to process an order, not counting weekends or U.S. public holidays. The carrier's estimated journey after dispatch is 4–6 business days.
Tracking is sent to the checkout contact details. A complete and accurate U.S. address is the customer's responsibility; tell nuby about a needed correction immediately, although changes cannot be promised once fulfillment starts.
When an Estimate Changes
Delivery estimates can be affected by weather, carrier disruptions, peak demand, an address issue, or circumstances outside nuby's reasonable control. Our team will use the tracking record and available carrier channels to assist with a delivery concern.
Before and After Dispatch
Ask nuby to cancel before the order ships. A shipped order is handled under the Refund Policy. Applicable taxes are assessed as the law requires, not under a blanket tax exemption.
