Start with a Return Authorization
If a nuby order is not right for you, request a return or exchange no later than 30 days after delivery. No reason is required. Our team will confirm eligibility and send the instructions needed before the merchandise is mailed.
Return Shipping Is Paid by the Merchant
nuby bears the return-shipping expense for every approved request, whether it is a change-of-mind return or exchange or involves merchandise that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing. We provide a prepaid label or another arrangement that does not charge the customer for approved return transport.
What Should Come Back
Pack an approved return for nuby securely and include the supplied parts and original packaging when reasonably possible. Inspection beyond what is reasonably necessary may affect the remedy, subject always to rights that applicable law does not allow us to waive.
Limited Change-of-Mind Exceptions
The nuby change-of-mind program excludes personalized or custom merchandise, clearance and Final Sale items, gift cards, and intimate or hygiene-sensitive goods after opening. A damaged, defective, wrong, or missing item remains eligible for the remedies required by this policy and applicable consumer law.
Refunds, Replacements, and Cancellation
After inspection, nuby reports the decision. We send an approved refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days; posting by the payment provider can take longer. For an approved exchange, customer support coordinates the replacement.
A cancellation request is available before shipment. After dispatch, this Refund Policy applies. Authorized returns use 4671 Clover Dr, Charleston, West Virginia, 25306, United States unless nuby supplies a different merchant-controlled destination.
