About Credit/Debit Card
Checkout at nuby is denominated in U.S. dollars (USD). Available credit and debit card brands are Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover.
Secure Processing and Card Authorization
Shopify and approved payment providers receive encrypted payment details; nuby does not keep a full card number or security code. The issuer may place a temporary hold, request verification, approve, or decline the transaction.
Use accurate billing and contact details. nuby can review or cancel an order that cannot be authorized or that presents a material fraud risk.
Tax, Cancellation, and Refund Method
nuby adds tax whenever applicable law requires it. A cancellation can be requested before shipment; after shipment, the Refund Policy governs.
